How to choose the type of BLDCM driver?

The selection of bldcd driver should pay attention to the voltage, power and external control signal of BLDCM;

Voltage: select the voltage level of the brushless drive matched with the rated voltage of the brushless motor, AC110V 220V can be directly powered, for the low-voltage brushless motor, the mode of adding switch power supply or bridge rectifier filter shall be selected to power the drive, such as DC12V, 24V, 36V, 48V, 60V, 72V, etc., and the power of the power supply shall not be lower than the rated power of the motor.

Power: it is not recommended to use the BLDCM with full load or overload. In the case of infrequent start and stop, forward and reverse rotation and rapid start and stop are not required, the driver power and motor power can be selected according to a factor of 1:1.2 times. In the case of frequent start and stop and rapid start and stop are required, the driver power and motor power should be selected according to a factor of 1:1.5 ~ 2 times.

Control signal:
