The following points shall be considered in the selection of DC brushless motor:
Rated torque: the torque required for equipment operation, mechanical friction and system efficiency shall be considered, and 30% margin shall be reserved. It is not recommended to use the BLDCM with full load or overload.
Square mode torque: it can be approximately understood as the continuous output torque required by practical application, which is determined by many factors: max torque, load torque, moment of inertia, acceleration, deceleration and operation time, etc.
Rated speed: max speed required for equipment operation. It can be achieved by matching reducer according to the speed of DC brushless motor. It is recommended to leave 10% margin.
Test the absorption ratio K. When the absorption ratio is greater than 1. 33, indicating that the motor insulation has not been damped or the degree of damped is not serious. In order to compare with the previous data, the absorption ratio measured at any temperature should also be converted to the same temperature.
According to the installation space of mechanical design, select the appropriate size. There are two types of reducer: planetary reducer and turbine reducer. If the axial space is small, the turbine reducer or right angle planetary reducer can be considered.
